Turen starter ved Åsmyra stadion, følg skilting ca. 1,6 km innover og nordover på gårdsveier og turstier mot fjellfoten. Fortsett oppover gjennom furuskogen og videre på god sti til turmålet Grønlihumpen, med fantastisk utsikt over Vevelstadlandet og Sør-Helgelands vakre øyrike. Dersom du ikke vil returnere samme vei, kan du fortsette mot sør forbi «Squaw Valley», her er det fint å raste ved bekken. Videre nedover på godt synlig sti og følg varder nedover slette berg til du kommer til skogen og god sti nedover dyrka mark og over på grusvei tilbake til startpunktet.
